It was my privilege and great delight to be awarded the 2018 European Organisation Design Forum’s Paul Tolchinsky Award at the EODF conference on 20 October 2018 in Budapest. The purpose of this award is to recognize an Organisation Design practitioner who has gone above and beyond to freely share their knowledge, expertise, and methods with others.
